Refund policy

 

At Ironwood Outdoor Gear, operated by Mach Z Country LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened survival or emergency kits
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

3. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, email us at support@machzcountry.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@machzcountry.com.

6. Exchanges We replace items that arrive defective or damaged at no additional cost. Email support@machzcountry.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

7. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
