At Ironwood Outdoor Gear, operated by Mach Z Country LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened survival or emergency kits
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

3. How to Request a Return To initiate a return, email us at support@machzcountry.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@machzcountry.com.

6. Exchanges We replace items that arrive defective or damaged at no additional cost. To request an exchange, email support@machzcountry.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

7. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

8. Gifts If an item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

5. Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@machzcountry.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address Ironwood Outdoor Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. 9. Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are collected by the destination country's customs authority.
